Breakfast in the summer months is served on the huge wrap around terrace, which boasts breathtaking
views of the surrounding landscape.
It is a Puglia Feast: freshly baked bread, cakes and muffins, fruit picked from the trees
surrounding the hotel, home made jams and freshly squeezed juices.
For those that prefer a more
savoury start to the day, local cheeses and hams are available on request. We are also more
than
happy to meet any special dietary requirements, and we can offer gluten or dairy free products.
